- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is subject to gas fees depending on the distance traveled. Online sessions are not subject to those fees. All payments must be made prior to the session. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to the session in order to reschedule a session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before tutoring begins, I have a conversation with the parent to determine if my program fits what they are looking for. If we agree that I can assist them, an online assessment is given to the student to create a tutoring plan specific to that child's level and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently an Early Education teacher and have been for over 15 years. I have my Bachelors Degree in Early Education and Special Education Studies from Western Governors University's Teacher College.
