- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is an estimate based on customer information provided, favorable site conditions, and standard professional work with no other issues to be fixed or resolved to complete project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being hired for the job I will contact them to schedule a meeting time to look at the project. After looking at the jobsite I will inform them of any extra steps or work that needs to be done to complete project and why they are necessary as well as expectations and estimated time to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I follow best practices recommended by industry. I'm always learning new methods and techniques through online professional webinars.
