From the initial day that we spoke about this project they were very straightforward, professional, and knowledgable about what needed to be! They were on time when they came to mount my Tv and did an excellent job! Also they were very fast, before I knew it they were already done :) If you need you Tv installed or any other things done in your home these are the guys you want to get the job done, quick, efficient, and done neatly.

These guys came out when they said they would and mounted myTV on the wall. They did it very professionally and quickly. I really like what they did and I would hire them again .

Very professional, however , appointment was for noon and he asked the night before if he could come at 10am. I said sure because i figured since i worked from home . I guess its my fault for letting him come when i was on a work call vs. at noon which was my lunch time. He proceeded to take the TVs which were new out of a box and install them- well he mounted a TV that was defective and didn't work out of the box and i had to pay him - he subsequently left . He told me to come back and reinstall he would charge me $99. considering he mounted a dead TV - i had to take the TV down myself to return to the store and i will not be doing business with him in the future. Who mounts a dead TV to the wall? Costco who delivered the TV the day before wouldn't reimburse me for the installation charges - cos the question they asked was who would mount a TV that didnt work to the wall - great question!!
