Great experience with Kai. He works hard, is skilled at what he does, and carries himself with professionalism and respect. When he stepped into my home to clean the inside windows, he noticed the pile of shoes by the door, immediately recognized it as a no-shoes household, and politely confirmed he’d remove his shoes.
