- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer both 30-minute and 60-minute private yoga sessions, available online or in person. 30-minute sessions are great for busy schedules, focused mobility work, stress relief, or maintaining a consistent practice. 60-minute sessions allow for a more complete experience, including movement, breathwork, relaxation, and individualized instruction. Package discounts are available for clients who book multiple sessions. A complimentary consultation is included for all new clients, and one guest may join a 60-minute session at no additional cost. Travel outside my standard service area may require an additional travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client begins with a complimentary consultation so I can learn about your goals, experience level, and any injuries or concerns. From there, I create a customized session designed specifically for your needs. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, build strength, or simply slow down, every session is tailored to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher with training in breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and beginner to advanced-friendly movement. My approach combines traditional yoga with practical techniques that help improve mobility, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.
