- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Free initial consultation! Bookkeeping rates are $48 per hour thereafter. Our in-house CPA rates are different and will be quoted separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Phone or in-person interview to assess your bookkeeping needs. We also review your books for free and will write up an assessment of what needs to be done to bring your books up-to-date. This assessment is included in the one hour free consultation at no charge. If you only need tax returns or financial/business planning, our in-house CPA will contact you to set up a meeting (free one-hour does not apply to CPA).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are QuickBooks ProAdvisors with Advanced Online Certification and are also Xero Certified. We can work with any accounting program. We are Salesforce savvy as well. We have been in accounting and business for over 30 years. We also have an excellent in-house Certified Public Accountant.
