- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is firm; however, we gladly offer military and student discounts! We also offer promotions at various times of the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers typically request a quote depending on their device as well as the repair needed. Next, the customer is given appointment availability based on our current schedule. Once a time and date are agreed upon, customers receive a text confirmation to confirm their repair appointment. Upon arrival, the repair technician will request a signature on our repair authorization form that gives us permission to repair your device (very important)! After the repair authorization is completed, your repair will begin. Most repairs are completed in under 30 minutes. Your repair is backed by a lifetime parts warranty that keeps you from dealing with extra unwanted expenses after a repair.
