To preface this review, I have to give some context. My mom and I stay in a townhome and recently our air conditioner went out. We would turn the thermostat to cool, but it was as if the A/C itself would not turn on. We called friends first to ask them who we should reach out to in hopes that the repair would not be super expensive. Fast forward, we had about 4 people come to the house to assess the issue. Some stayed all day to try to diagnose the problem, but NO ONE was successful in figuring out what was going on. Now, at this point, we’re both exhausted with trying to figure out how to get things fixed fast especially because you CANNOT have no AC in Georgia during the summer. Decided to give PM Service Company LLC a try and within hours, the entire problem was diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours total 😭 and at an amazing cost! DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME, just call them. I promise, you won’t regret it!!!

PM Service Company did an amazing job. I called on Tuesday and he came on Thursday morning before 9 AM to install a new AC. He was completely done with the install by Noon. He cleaned up everything and left my home clean and cool. I’m so pleased with his work quality, professionalism and cost. In addition, Perez gives you amazing punctuality and responsiveness on top of everything else. It has been a long, long, long, time since I’ve had service of this magnitude. I am thankful to know there are still good, skilled, fair and decent people providing excellent service. I will only use him for any future HVAC needs. He’s the best!
