Very unprofessional, if you dont look like money you basically wont be able to rent they pick and choose who they want to speak with and I also got hung up on and they never picked the phone back up

We understand the frustrations when applying for a home to rent. However, all applicants that apply with us must first income qualify and provide proof of said income as stated in the application process. Unfortunately, we can not move forward with applicants who do not meet the first income requirements. We have limited staff and all calls are transferred to an assigned person as we work remotely during Covid-19. However, we have been successful in communication with you by email.
