I hired this trainer to help me achieve my weight loss goals and he assured me he could help me get it done. The few sessions I had with him to start, he wasn't good with returning my calls in a timely manner and then he could not come up with a place to train me during the cold weather days. I told him I wanted a prorated refund and he refused to refund me my money and he doesn't answer my calls or text. He is not a good trainer to hire.

I hired Mr. Goto because he said he could meet my needs and schedule. It turns out he could do neither. He stood me up twice--he literally did not show up for sessions I had already paid for. He said he would refund me some of my pre-paid funds and refuses to return any calls or texts. Do not hire this man.
