Marc the repair technician was a gentleman indeed. Upon completion of the repair, he consequently informed my elderly Mother of the balance for the job. I had already communicated to her to pay the balance, since I had to fly out of town. She somehow just couldn’t follow those simple instructions, or just wouldn’t. May GOD bless that young man for knowing how to deal with a difficult senior! … 5 stars is nowhere near sufficient for such expertise & professionalism … Therefore 5+5 stars!!!
