My father started the business in 1970. I joined the team at 13. After school, I returned to Ga and have enjoyed helping people resolve any issues they are having with their home or business. I enjoy the challenges presented with each new situation. I specialize in plumbing, hvac and electrical repairs and replacement when needed. We offer veteran and civil service discounts. With the recent cold weather, my tenant couldnt get the heater to start, so I called Dev. They came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the bad part. By the end of the day, my tenant had heat again. They also handled some plumbing work at the same property with the same fantastic service and results. Excellent service and prompt response thank you!

Don't overcharge......I like the technician who repaired my pipe. I don't like the overcharge since I am a senior citizen and retired military veteran with a fix income. Thank's for the person who repaired my leaking ground water pipe. I was some what surprised that I was actually charged $637.00 for the repair. The job didn't take as long as I was quoted it would take. Also, I feel a fair price for the repair should have been at most $300 not the $637 I actually paid.
