Mr. Scooter Russell is the man! Definitely deserves a raise after the services he provided for my Wife and I. He came to our appointment earlier than expected, didn't stop until he tracked down the problem to the electrical issue we were having, and showed his expertise on the matter by explaining what was happening every step of the way. This was my first time trying Mr. Electric services and I was not disappointed, thanks to Scooter! Will definitely be using them again if electrical issues come up.

The scheduling process was very easy, he had extra time so he came early and called to make sure it was ok. Fixed the issue within minutes and gave recommendations and quotes for upgrades.

The electrician was very courteous and professional. He identified problems quickly and explained what was needed to fix the problem and what the cost would be; he was skilled and knowledgeablein making the needed repairs in a timely manner. He also had all the needed parts with him to make the repairs. I call that 5STAR SERVICE!!

They came out only for an estimate. But he saw that the probably was a hazard and immediately said I have to go ahead and fix this I cant leave this like this. Im so grateful that he didnt just leave without fixing it.
