I recently had my first deep clean at home, and overall, the areas that were cleaned looked great. There was a bit of a mix-up with the laundry, though. I thought I’d made it clear I wanted it included in the deep clean but it seems there was some confusion. The dishes were mostly taken care of, which was great, but a few were left undone and not put away. When the team wrapped up, I still had to finish up some things, like those leftover dishes, which was kind of a bummer. I’d love a bit clearer communication and maybe a tad more thoroughness next time, but all in all, I’m thankful for the hard work they put in.
