- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have the following price list for the service that I provide. Small yards are $55. These yards are less than a 1000 sq. ft. Medium yards are $75. These yards are 1000 - 5000 sq. ft. Large yards are $100. These yards are 5001 sq. ft. and over. Anything thing else price is decided based upon need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to talk to them either by phone or in person to introduce myself and to try to get a feel for what it is that they would like to see in the yard. What they like or dislike.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
What I have is experience. I've only been in business for myself for a short time, but I have been doing this type of work for over 5 years.
