A. Delivering a master piece to each and every client.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. During the year of 2014, I fellow videographer called me for a late minute wedding gig. I was informed of a simple one man wedding shoot (So not too much detail). So I arrive at the ceremony location early, capture my b-roll, and set up floor plans. The wedding begins and I capture the wedding and pack up to leave. After dropping the footage off with the original videographer, I received a call from a very unhappy "bridezilla." She was quite livid as she exclaimed how she was unsatisfied. I personally believe in going above and beyond for every client. I expressed my apologize, explained the situation and compiled a few of our wedding gifts for the inconvenience. The Bride was shocked that I'd taken out the time and consideration to go above and beyond to satisfy her. She is one of my best clients to this day. My favorite wedding experience!
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. Our greatest strength is our ability to satisfy our clients. We've encountered so called "bridezillas" in the past and these brides have become our favorite couples (and vice-verse) just because we were able to satisfy them and showed we really cared about sharing their moments.
