The Drip Doctor Service and communication was great! Jacob was amazing and was able to easily assess and fix my plumbing issue in my guest bathroom. He made sure to take the least evasive route as to not increase my backend costs and made sure to fully explain my options and the repair process. Great service all around! I will definitely be using them again!

Jadeon did an awesome job on evaluating the task. Price estimate came quickly and was absolutely fair and feasible. He pointed out clearly that it is a roughly 2-3 hour job costing $380 including materials. He was very eager to help figuring out the hose I would need for the appliance to connect even though I orderd it on Amazon. Another "Top Rated Contractor" claimed $1500 for the exactly same task. Was a straight forward "splice in a t-connector for NG after the meter". Would have hired them but an hour ago I talked to my neighbor and figured out that he is a certified plumber as well and he would do it for a meal. Sorry guys and thank you!!!!

I had a great experience with The Drip Doctor from start to finish. Scheduling was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was easy to set up.
The technician who came out, Jaedon, was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, and very proactive throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain the issues and walked me through the repair options, which I really appreciated. His communication and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free.
