I was able to discuss my problem and limitations in full before deciding to work with them. For 3-4 days before, I had to keep the water off in my whole house and use it as needed for showers before work, and use bottled water for other uses not requiring a faucet or appliance. The technician made suggestions and adjustments based on my limitations. Since I was about to wait another week to get the problem fixed, I appreciated that they could fix it ASAP within a comfortable price range.

I originally called to schedule an appointment for a diagnosis for my leaking bathroom faucet. They were able to come out the same day which was not expected. The technican showed up within an hour or so. Confirmed what I assumed was the problem and quoted me a price. I was previously quoted a lower price and advised I would probably go with the other technician. David requested to check the water heater as it is part of the free estimate. Turns out my water heater was on its last leg and did not have much time remaining. He quoted me a price for the water heater which I proceeded to have replaced as I know the price to pay for a flooded basement & water heater would have been out of my reach. He replaced the water heater and my bathroom faucet as I had previously purchased a new faucet. David was professional, proficient, and cleaned up after himself. I was truly impressed with his work ethic, between the diagnosis for both my faucet and the water heater and picking up a water heater, replacing it by himself was a lot of work for one person. However, he managed and did a great job! I will definitely keep their number in my contacts for future reference.

The Drip Doctor Service and communication was great! Jacob was amazing and was able to easily assess and fix my plumbing issue in my guest bathroom. He made sure to take the least evasive route as to not increase my backend costs and made sure to fully explain my options and the repair process. Great service all around! I will definitely be using them again!
