Although new to Thumbtack, we are not new to residential real estate appraisals. Henderson Evaluations Appraisal Office is a family-owned company that has been in business since 2005. Jonathan Henderson (Scott), Chief Appraiser, is licensed by the state of Georgia and serves all of Metro-Atlanta. He is a proud University of Georgia graduate located in Cobb County. After inheriting a home I was advised to get an appraisal for tax purposes. I had no idea where to start but read some reviews and found Henderson Evaluation Services to be highly rated, within a reasonable price range, credentialed and familiar with my locality. As soon as I sent my query I got an immediate and friendly response. We set a date, and they were punctual and efficient. Once I received my report, I had some questions since this whole process was new to me, and they promptly and thoroughly answered ALL my questions. I felt like I got good, accurate information and value for my money, and having this report gave me peace of mind in managing the estate. I never felt alone or in the dark about the process. Would highly recommend Henderson Evaluation Services and would use them again if the need arose.
