Nigel and his team at The Basement Kings did an excellent job remodeling our basement. He converted our 1/2 bath to a full bath which required extensive work removing old tile revising the plumbing and enlarging bathroom with new drywall new marble tile and a beautiful walk in shower with new toilet and vanity/sink and recessed lights with a dimmer. They also removed drop ceiling for our entire basement and this required extensive work rerouting duct work and copper pipes for plumbing and fixing in our ceiling so they were properly run along the joist(previously done by multiple contractors in past) and replaced with sheet rock and 8 recessed lights which we are very happy with! This change also makes our basement look so much bigger! We highly recommend calling Nigel for any renovations you need in your home. They are very professional hard working and were able to complete all this work before the estimated time schedule. Thank you Nigel!

We just got a basement restructuring job done by Dwayn. It was a pretty big job. Dwayn was a fantastic contractor to work with. His quote was detailed. He took time to walk thru the basement and gave me good ideas. His work was very professional and fairly punctual. He finished all the work. Ensured that everything is to my satisfaction. There were a couple of minor issues that needed to be managed. But he had no problem completing those remaining items before asking for the final payment. Very professional and hassle free experience. I would highly highly recommend Dwayn and 360-Renovations. I want to take some extra time to talk about a previous review. There is a negative review about Dwayn that had given me a lot of concerns. However, when I talked to the references that Dwayn provided, I was very impressed by their testimonial. All the references were professionals (executives and investors) and they spoke very highly of him. This made made my decision easy. And I must say that hiring 360-renovations/Dwayn was a great decision. I will be happy to be his reference going forward!
