Dwayn is an experience licensed and insured professional. Not only does he have a great concept of design but he took my ideas mixed them with his and created a space that is just breathtaking. He removed 2 load bearing walls in our basement, added a ceiling (removed drop ceiling) , custom built stairs , sliding barn doors, and a stone wall. His crew is amazing good trustworthy guys who work hard. I work from home and was concerned with having work done here while I was working but, the guys let themselves in everyday and were self sufficient. Dwayn's pricing is fair and reasonable and his work is top notch. My basement looks better than I could ever dream it could look. I plan to hire him to do my master bath the 1st of the year. Could not be happier!

We remodeled two bathrooms, installed two patio doors, and completely remodeled the kitchen. When my wife and I started looking for a contractor we hoped to find someone trustworthy who could competently "resurface" our baths and kitchen at a fair price. We selected 360Renovations from a half dozen interviewed. At the very start we felt that Dwayn Freier, owner 360Renovations, was something more than just a good, honest, dependable contractor. To be sure, he is all of those things. But Mr Freier became a true partner in our dreams. He helped us turn some vague ideas about upgrading our kitchen and baths into a master bath we never imagined and a kitchen that is a dream come true. His creativity incorporated our personal tastes while adding his own ideas about materials, use of space, reclaiming the old as new, innovative solutions for those older home problems. The crews that work for Dwayn are first rate. From the specialists, like Walter and Rosa (what beautiful tile work), to the job foreman D'artagnan, they were all first rate. They were gentle with demolition, precise with carpentry and installs, and considerate of my wife and I while we continued living in the house during this five week project. I've never experienced such satisfaction with any other vendor's product, work, or service as we have with 360Renovations. We used 360 for the installation of wood floors in our bedrooms. Dwayn from 360 was really exceptional. He scheduled the initial consult at my house within a few days of my initial call. He prepared the estimate for us immediately and sent an email version it out before he left that day. He was flexible with the install as we were having other work that was being completed. When his team arrived for the install and they noted a problem with the wood we had ordered. The 360 team was really flexible and we rescheduled for them to come back a week later. The thing that I would note that was the best about this experience as how responsive and accessible Dwayn was throughout the process. I called on weekends, middle of the day, and anytime I called he always picked up and worked with me to make sure the project was a success. Very good experience and reasonable prices for the work.

Yes, it is important to stay relevant with building codes and trends. My clients depend in it.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a natural choice for me, my father was a builder and when I decided to leave my former profession as a chef I wanted to do something I loved. It has been a gradual learning experience and will always be, that is what keeps me motivated.
What types of customers have you worked with?
There is not one or two most common, Because of the progression of my carrier people call me for all kinds of jobs and I like the challenge of having to stay on my toes professionally. I really enjoy full remodels, basements, kitchens and master bathrooms but am happy to help anyone that wants us to.
