- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're fair. We price the work the same for everyone, despite of being a rental, main home, vacation home, real estate investment, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd like to introduce ourselves with a message, and eventually meet face to face. Go to their homes, grab the measurements that we need, and then send them the free estimate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing this for 15 years now. I first started working with tile in Brazil, and I actually built my own house back home. Then I came to the United States, thought that I could bring my passion and expertise to this great country. I wanted to give back to the country that gave me so much.
