Mr. Re'Nard came to my home last month 2 days before Thanksgiving. He was respectful from the time he entered my home . He let me know of all my options , and didn't just try to sell me. My unit was very old was willing to fix it being I didn't have the finances at that time , but being how genuine he was and honest I allowed him to install the brand new furnace at my home and he was on time cleaned up after and was efficient definitely recommend
