Corvell was slow, methodical and dedicated to getting my laptops up and running. I felt that Corvell went the extra mile for me which was so essential to get this work done. He was honest with his evaluation of what needed to be done. The job took several hours of two days to complete, but his persistence made the difference. I was also very pleased that he was very reasonable with what he charged me to complete the work. If I have any other computer repair needs, you can bet that I will call Techs ON Time to get the job done.

HP Photosmart7520 printer cartridgehead was not functioning. He was prompt and polite. Went right to work explaining what he was doing and what he believe the problem to be. Took apart the printer found the problem, corrected it, cleaned it and tested it ,all within a reasonable time. He also stated I needed new cartridges as well.

I cracked my iPhone 6s screen and Corvelle was great! His work was excellent, he replied to my request within 15 minutes & he kept in contact with me until he arrived. I would use him again and have already told everyone in my office about him.
