The whole experience was WONDERFUL! I was so nervous because my rescue dog is very anxious. He’s part Chihuahua on top of that so I was so worried this would be a nightmare. He won’t let anyone near him but me, but somehow or another max not only did an incredible job grooming him, But my dog evidently loved it! When I got him, he didn’t even have the muzzle on! Having come to me, was so much easier for my anxious dog. I immediately booked my next appointment because it went so well. They were the first to respond to me when I contacted groomers and they were so reassuring and kind the whole time. A+++!
