He was able to get my fire place insert cleaned and running in no time. He also provided me with helpful information on maintaining the fireplace and what issues could arise with the insert in the future. I definitely recommend this company's services to anyone.

If I could give this a 0, I would.I was really displeased with the lack of communication on the part of this gentleman. I called 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment. It was a busy season, but he said he could get me in today. The day he booked me, he said he would text me to confirm. No response. I texted him and he texted back the following morning saying he forgot to hit send and ask to confirm the date and time. I responded back later that afternoon saying the time would work. Never got a response back after that. Messaged him 2 times, called multiple times, and just never got any other messages back. I finally sent a message the morning of to say that I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. Still have not heard back. Really unprofessional, and I wish he had just said that he could not do it instead of not responding.
