If I could give this a 0, I would.I was really displeased with the lack of communication on the part of this gentleman. I called 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment. It was a busy season, but he said he could get me in today. The day he booked me, he said he would text me to confirm. No response. I texted him and he texted back the following morning saying he forgot to hit send and ask to confirm the date and time. I responded back later that afternoon saying the time would work. Never got a response back after that. Messaged him 2 times, called multiple times, and just never got any other messages back. I finally sent a message the morning of to say that I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. Still have not heard back. Really unprofessional, and I wish he had just said that he could not do it instead of not responding.
