- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First before starting the project, the final price for the work to be carried out is established in agreement with the client. Once the agreement is established, the price, should not be changed anywhere,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is free estimate, free of charge!!! When I work with a new client I try to establish a communication via email or telephone to try to understand exactly what is required, I usually require pictures about the job to be able to give an estimate if we agree on the price we set the schedule to carry out the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated as a senior technician from technological institute of electricity in 1984, working alone in the electrical field since 1984
