He did a really clean and quick install of two new outlets in areas that I've wanted them for 40 years. He also fixed my GFI outlet in the bathroom that I had not been able to do, and all of this for a very reasonable price. I'd call him again, in a heartbeat!
We had an issue with a switch and I reached out for electrician services and contacted Carlos. He came by to take a look at it. It was a three way switch problem, and since we had recently moved into the house, I was not able to locate the other switch.
Carlos was able to correct the issue and get the switch working. A couple of hours later, I found the other switch and contacted him again. He came back and fixed both switches without any hesitation.
I really appreciated his professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness. Based on those qualities alone, I would strongly recommend Carlos for any electrical work.

First before starting the project, the final price for the work to be carried out is established in agreement with the client. Once the agreement is established, the price, should not be changed anywhere,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is free estimate, free of charge!!! When I work with a new client I try to establish a communication via email or telephone to try to understand exactly what is required, I usually require pictures about the job to be able to give an estimate if we agree on the price we set the schedule to carry out the work

Graduated as a senior technician from technological institute of electricity in 1984, working alone in the electrical field since 1984
