Joel and his brother came to my house on a Saturday. Joel quickly discerned that my floors could not be refinished but recommended a Bona process for considerably less money than a new floor would've cost. My expectations were dubious as I'd never seen nor heard of this Bona process. Joel quoted me and stuck to the quote. The results? Astounding. From start to finish Joel did everything he promised and the floors look brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend this company based on my interaction.

One of their guys came by to measure my floors, and spent about an hour taking thorough measurements. I missed work for this. He assured me he'd have the quote to me shortly. But a week passed ... and no quote. I called, asking if my quote was ready. Never heard back. I then emailed, and was apologetically informed late at night that they'd have it for me the next day. But the quote never came. Who takes up an hour of your time, as well as his own, measuring your house, and then never gets around to sitting down with his calculator for a few minutes and sending the quote? If you're looking for flooring professionals on top of their stuff, there are far better options in the city.

This company was so responsive from the moment I placed my request for quotes to replace our carpet. After meeting Kelly, who came to the house, we knew we wanted Metro Atlanta Floors to do the job. We had 11-year-old carpet that had stretched out on 2 levels of the house and decided we wanted to replace it. I was particularly anxious about the amount of work involved, particularly the effort to move the furniture without damaging it or the walls. Kelly reassured me on many occasions (he even texted me updates) which sold me on proceeding with the job. Randy and Roger were excellent with the installation and worked so hard for 3 full days straight. We are so happy we chose this company and would recommend them to friends. The carpet in the house looks flawless and we love the final result!

Joel responded quickly to my initial call and was very professional and transparent about what the price would be. My only concern was that the crew was almost 2 hrs late getting to my house, but it was a horribly rainy day and they had stopped to get supplies. A call to Joel and he assured me they were on their way. The crew worked diligently all day, did a great job installing my engineered wood floors, which they said were a little trickier than most. They cleaned up both inside and outside even though it was nearly 10pm in the pouring rain when they left. I'm very happy.
