- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Month-of coordination services begin at $1,500, with pricing varying based on guest count, wedding size, location, timeline complexity, and overall support needed. While coordination officially covers the final months leading up to the wedding, my process begins as soon as I’m hired. Early in the planning process, I help couples begin building their wedding day timeline so they can confidently communicate timing expectations with their venue and future vendors throughout planning. We also review overall wedding flow, logistics, and key planning details from the beginning to help create a seamless experience. Beginning 60 days prior to the wedding, we transition into detailed coordination management, including vendor contract reviews, timeline refinement, direct communication with vendors, final walkthrough attendance, rehearsal coordination, and wedding day execution. During the final 60 days, we meet bi-weekly, then transition to weekly meetings 30 days before the wedding to ensure every detail is aligned and nothing feels overlooked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every couple is different, so I begin with a consultation to understand your vision, priorities, and where you are in the planning process. Based on that conversation, we determine whether month-of coordination or full planning support would best fit your needs. From there, we work together to build your wedding timeline, organize logistics, and communicate with vendors throughout the planning process. Even when couples book vendors on their own, I stay involved in the conversations and coordination leading up to the wedding day so nothing feels disconnected. My goal is to ensure that by the wedding day, every vendor understands the plan, the timeline is clear, and the couple can fully enjoy the experience without being pulled into behind-the-scenes questions or logistics.
