Jerry was exceptional from start to finish. He converted our garage into an accessible bedroom and bathroom for our daughter and also built a detached garage, and we could not be happier with the result.
He was timely, extremely responsive, and communicated clearly at every stage of the project. Jerry handled everything with care and professionalism—from planning and permits through completion—and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. The quality of his work is excellent, and the subcontractors he used were professional and skilled.
What stood out most was Jerry’s integrity and thoughtfulness. This project meant a great deal to our family, and he approached it with genuine care, attention to detail, and respect. He was easy and reassuring to work with, always available when questions came up, and consistently followed through.
We are deeply grateful for his work and would recommend Jerry without hesitation to anyone looking for a contractor who combines quality craftsmanship with excellent communication and care.

After 10 years of wanting to upgrade my master bathroom, I hired Erickson Construction after seeking several other bids. Jerry Erickson is professional, timely, and considerate of your project needs and budget. Everyone involved in the project were masters of their craft: fixed shower pressure, exceptionally laid tile in the shower and around the tub, beautiful frameless shower door, creative solution for an outdated vanity, mirror, and light set up, and a finished project that I wished I had done 10 years ago. Very clean workspace at all times - I highly recommend Erickson Construction.

Working with Erickson Construction Services was the best possible experience. We had a pretty big job in mind and having moved to the area just a few months before with no network of friends and relatives to ask for recommendations, we felt like we were taking a bit of a gamble hiring from a website. Honestly though, we could not be happier. The job (which included a home gym, bedroom, and en suite bathroom) was done in record time. We had no issues with permits or holdups of any kind. Jerry and the team were quick, efficient, and caused almost zero disturbance to our day to day.

Jerry renovated a kitchen for me and the professionalism was outstanding and I cannot say enough about the quality of work. I would definitely hire him again for my next renovation project. Couldn't ask for more honest guy!

We are so pleased with the remodel work Erickson Construction Services did for us. We have a new master bath with stepless shower. The quality of work is excellent. We have a large window in the shower which some companies did not want to touch. ECS put in a waterproof window, and we love it! We have used other contractors to do remodeling work for us, but we will use ECS from now on. Punctual, professional, and very reasonably priced. A+

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations & estimates are free but to be placed on the calendar there is a 50% deposit and draws along the way once project has progressed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a phone call, email or text and then we schedule a time for me to see your project. Once an estimate is generated and deposit sent, the ordering of materials begins and prep work (material transportation and protective materials for floors, doorways etc laid) starts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a big fan of architecture through the years, particularly old homes. If you can fix an old home, you can certainly fix a newer home.
