pick-up and delivery over $500: $50/trip
The initial estimate is a best guess of the project costs based on my experience, but is not a final cost. Once the project is started, if any changes need to be made because of additional work requested, or additional work that is required based on unforeseen circumstances, the estimate will be updated to reflect those changes.
I will always communicate any changes that need to happen before I make any adjustments, because at the end of the day it’s your money and your decision.

I found Charles on Thumbtack to replace 18 deck boards, remove and dispose of the old boards, and paint my deck. Because of the rain over the past two weeks, we had to reschedule the original appointment, but it was absolutely worth the wait!
Charles took his time to make sure everything was done right. He carefully removed the old boards, installed the new ones with precision, and did an excellent job painting the deck. He even secured my deck railing at no charge and reinstalled a couple of bathroom fixtures that needed to be tightened—also free of charge.
Charles was professional, courteous, dependable, and always on time. His workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled handyman. I will definitely be calling him again for my next project!

Charles changed out all of the sink and shower fixtures as well as the shower door. He problem solved a difference in fixture compatibility and kept me in the loop. I was so happy with his work, I also hired him to replace the shutters on the front of my house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always take the time to make sure my prices are reasonable for my customers. I’m not trying to get rich off of anyone. I want both parties involved to be happy with the outcome when the work is complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get the details. When working with a new customer it’s important that you’re on the same page when it comes to everything! From pricing and scheduling to understanding exactly what needs to be done - communication is key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in a totally unrelated field (Accounting), but I have over 10 years experience as a professional handyman, almost 6 of those in the metro Atlanta area.
