- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always take the time to make sure my prices are reasonable for my customers. I’m not trying to get rich off of anyone. I want both parties involved to be happy with the outcome when the work is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get the details. When working with a new customer it’s important that you’re on the same page when it comes to everything! From pricing and scheduling to understanding exactly what needs to be done - communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in a totally unrelated field (Accounting), but I have over 10 years experience as a professional handyman, almost 6 of those in the metro Atlanta area.
