- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on the time and materials model. That means, we only charge for the time our technician works plus the materials he uses. For T & M Model, we collect payment at the end of each workday. We have a one hour minimum. After the one hour minimum, we charge in 15 minute increments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have over 15 years of experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both residential and commercial customers.
