Excellent company to work with. Very competitive pricing and Descy is on top of Everything. We had a miscommunication about one date, and he got everything moving quickly. I'd recommend this company to anyone and we'd certainly use then again.

It's been about 2 years since we had carpet install on the entire upstairs floor and 2 sets of stairs and one room in our basement. Although I really enjoyed working with DMS and the carpet looked amazing initially, we have had so many problems with the carpet bunching/not remaining stretched properly, which is super unfortunate and annoying. Within 3 months of the new install, I noticed that the carpet was rolling and bunching up, like the old carpet did that had been down for 10 years. We called and expressed concern, and DMS had the crew come back out and restretch the carpet... perfect again. But, about 2-3 month after the 2nd stretch, the carpet began to roll and bunch up again. I gave the task of dealing with this to my husband who of course waited until after warranty to discuss with him again, even though the issue was happening within the warranty-- it was just our fault for not reaching out sooner... again.... with 6-9 month old carpet. Once we let him know that the same issue was an issue again outside of the warranty, DMS said that we were out of warranty but we could pay extra to have it stretched again. That's fair, but it had been pretty clear that this issue was on-going and I'm not sure why I would want to pay again for an issue that shouldn't be this early in the game. Overall, we did love our new carpet and the pricing and attitude of the company was a pleasure, but the quality of the carpet or the way it was installed didn't hold up for 6 complete months and that just doesn't work. At all.
