Our home was newly remodeled and needed a deep clean. Karol and her team did a fantastic job of making sure that every piece of dirt and dust was cleaned. They cleaned out the cabinets, shelving, the window shades, floors, bathrooms and carpet. The house finally feels like a place we can move in. Thank you Karol!

I was very clear on what I needed when hiring this company. I told her that I needed a deep clean, windows, stove, and refrigerator. I also let her know that someone was moving out after staying here for six months. First she was two hours late and then once I came back after she was finished cleaning is when I realized it was not clean. She had cleaned up but this is not what I paid for. Nothing was moved to be swept around, the floor was left on mopped is there still stuff on the floor, the carpet in the bedroom was vacuumed with my dirt devil which is still dirty and she left the contents inside the vacuum. The bed was made but with filthy linens. There is still a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. She did clean but this is not what I paid for I asked specifically for deep clean and I wouldn’t even be happy with this as a standard clean. I told Karol that I would be satisfied with a partial refund as I had to re-clean the entire apartment but it seems as if she is blocked my number. Extreme unsatisfactory, would never hire again.

our company contacted you and these photos are not from the place we cleaned, the password complained about a cleaning after 3 days. you should have checked on the day!! the fridge we cleaned was full of shards of glass that cut my employee's finger, we cleaned glasses that were stained with green paint, we offered a new cleaning even though we did a great service!!
