The ladies who did my cleaning (I forgot your names, but blame it on my head--not my heart) were professional, polite, and hard working. I was impressed by how cooperative they were when I wanted things done a certain way. I have never had anyone work harder than these ladies to make my home look it's very best.

I don’t know where to begin! I was very clear about what I wanted. $279 later I’m cleaning my house. Downstairs bathroom was not even touched. Trash was left in my trash can in the kitchen. Super super wet floors . Let get to upstairs, my stairs was not vacuumed at all nothing upstairs was vacuumed. I asked for only the master bedroom and bathroom to be cleaned honey my bed was not made bathroom unfinished tub dirty rugs not shook out mirrors dirty! Guess bathrooms trash left behind. Two hours two people with only 4 dishes in my sink. I’m very upset and I really want my money back.

Hey Terricka! I’m saddened to hear you were dissatisfied with the cleaning. It sounds like perhaps there was a lack of understanding on all the areas you wanted cleaned specifically. The response from the cleaners, “Customer didn’t state anything about cleaning bedrooms, just bathrooms upstairs.” I can send cleaners out tomorrow to address the issues you experienced today at no charge. Because the cleaners did clean and time was accounted for we can not refund any monies. Again, we can send them back out to address any unsolved areas.
