Passion and performance coincide! Melissa has taken her passion for cleaning to an exceptional level by providing meticulous attention to detail in her process. Her method employs an extraordinary knowledge of how products work to yield sparkling results in your home. She is timely, thorough, creative and she will take all measures necessary to bring satisfaction to her clients. She performed a pre-move out scouring of my house and I was so delighted with the results, I will certainly engage her services for my actual move from my old house and I will definitely need her help when it is time for a post-construction cleanup in my new dwelling that is being built. It will be an absolute joy to retain her and her team on a recurrent basis after my permanent move! Melissa is the best in the cleaning business that I have ever found!

Melissa was great. She was able to fit me in two days earlier than scheduled. She worked solo and has a very meticulous system. She did the whole house in under 4 hours and even though she was speedy the quality of work was still excellent. Melissa enjoys cleaning and has a positive attitude. Will definitely be a return customer.

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL & THOROUGH: I reached out to Ms. Melissa and she got in contact with me almost immediately. We talked about the house and the type of cleaning that I'd like to see. The day of the cleaning she texted about an hour before the schedule time just to let me know she on the way. She cleaned EVERYTHING including the baseboards, vents, stove, blinds, etc. The house had a fresh deodorized smell when she was finished! Thanks Ms. Melissa, we will have you back really soon!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For me it is my first initial fee, it is always going to be high coming in as a first time visit , but as a HIRED PRO, and that point you and I discuss a reasonable flat rate moving forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by greeting my clients with a smile , and say thank you choosing me
as your HOUSEKEEPER and ask questions about products , ask client about expectations and if they would like to point anything out before you start cleaning .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It’s jus something I’m gifted to do and was trained to do growing UP, its THERAPEUTIC to , it’s my CALM, and to always maintain a CLEAN HOUSE.
