- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Been doing this job for years. I think the mostly training about this job is get to know the family. Every family is different with all kind of needs. Tailored each job with the customer needs is very important to Us. Our company have worked with all type of customers, but one thing that I can say no matter what we treat every one with integrity, great customer service and leaving them with a smile to say can you put me on your schedule monthly, weekly, bi-weekly or at this point we have numerous of customers who like every 3 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing this work for many years and with so much affection, that we understand that the training should be every day. Each family, each place has a unique way and we serve one by one in a very special way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a person that found having a well organize spotless home will help the way we think. Now I have created a cleaning company that stands behind integrity and a staff that have the same goals. As we continue to take this journey of making a difference in other's lives with what we love to do is going to be very rewarding not only for me but you too
