Bryan and the Actual Painting team were great. I ended up hiring them not only for flooring but for painting as well. It was a great choice and they were able to finish the project on a very short schedule.
To describe the work, I recently purchased a 1700 square foot home and they refinished hardwoods in 5 rooms, installed hardwoods in 2 rooms, and painted the entire home. Bryan was even kind enough to help me reconstruct some cabinets in the kitchen (a job I was going to do myself) to allow for a larger refrigerator.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Bryan and his team. Bryan was extremely professional, responsive, and provided me with phenomenal communication through the project.

I hired Actual Painting to paint the exterior of a fixer-upper we bought. Bryan came out to provide me with a very competitive estimate almost immediately after I posted on Thumbtack. The crew was out within a week to being pressure washing and within two weeks, the entire job was finished. They were attentive to their work, diligent and extremely polite throughout the process, even though we had other crews on site to fix little "emergencies" that had cropped up here and there. I will call Bryan next for estimates on a new kitchen counter and bathroom. I'm very pleased with my overall experience and the house looks exponentially better! Thank you, Bryan!!!

Bryan and his team do excellent work on a very broad range of projects. We experienced water damage that required refinishing of our hard wood floors. While we were having that done we also did some interior painting and had our garage repainted at the floor coated and sealed with an epoxy finish. What an improvement! I especially like the detailed quotation Bryan provides with pictures covering specifically what work is going to be done. Everything was completed with the promised timing. His crews are very professional and polite and left everything in pristine shape when they were done. We have used him twice before (complete exterior painting) and will definitely use him on any future project.

We always had something to complaint about when we had work done at home, this just until we hired Actual painting & Home Renovations and the whole project ran without a single issue and everything was just awesome!!!.
