This is a lie! Customer wanted extra completed for free. His wife constantly kept asking for extra to be done and things wasn’t agreed upon invoice! I can provide and show invoice stating what was agreed! This customer home was worth way more than was charged for and because I refused to let them take advantage of me is why they changed their review and post! I wouldn’t recommend these kind of clients to any pro, especially when they try to use and abuse the client then try discredit them. They moved a ladder and broke their window and even tried to blame me for it right after I fell off the ladder doing extra things for them! I will post the work completed so everyone can see and you guys can be the judge of what they posted! What’s even more crazy is I never once charged them full price, his wife constantly kept asking for add ones. She wanted me repair ceiling for free, wanted me to install baseboards for free, want me paint entertainment center for free, wanted me removed extra wall paper that cost $1,500 to be removed but wanted it for free, same as in the kitchen.. I even painting these people kitchen for free when we never agreed to get it painted. The world we live in with the people shows a lot of lack to the human race. You do good by people and they still try to repay you with negativity and disruptive behaviors. But you can’t make people not be who they are, it’s a matter of time before they show their true character and thats exactly what these clients did. It’s very distasteful as a pro to have to deal with this type of behavior and these kind of people! Then on top of that he called the police to tell them I haven’t completed the work which is a lie and also called thumbtack to ask for a refund and said I didn’t complete the work. But as a professional business we always take before and after photos and videos to protect ourselves and also give potential clients the opportunity to work with us.
