He arrived at the agreed upon time to look at the space and to complete the work of staining my deck. Even though there was not enough stain to complete the job on the first day, he came back to finish staining and even cut down a flower bush that was overgrown. He maintained great communication from start to end of the job. I will definitely use Andy again.

Andy arrived on time, actually a few minutes early and was able to repair our kitchen pantry folding door in an hour. We had attempted to fix the door ourselves but had no luck. The door is now opening and closing very smoothly now. Price was reasonable too! Would definitely hire again.

Although Andy was nice enough I would have liked to see him more prepared with the tools that a handyman carries, e.g., ladder, etc. My experience with Andy was pleasant but I was pretty upset that he drove a nail into the stud on my newly painted wall which was unnecessary for hanging a long piece of artwork that is not heavy, and, should the nail have to be removed, it will damage the wall. I was also displeased with the idea of being talked into mounting a 40' tv over my mantel rather than my 60' which Andy advised could not be mounted unless it hung over my mantel. When Andy mounted the 40' tv all of the wire plate covers were very visible and I thought it looked horrible. I have since hired another service provider to come out and remove the 40' tv that Andy mounted and replace it with my 60' tv that I originally wanted over the mantel.

I'm sorry you were displeased with my service. I could not get to you on Easter Sunday as you requested because I had plans with my family. When I made accommodations for you to come by after I finished another project Saturday night, you could have mentioned I would need a ladder to hang a couple of pictures and a TV. Thank you for letting me use your ladder. Everything I did was at your specific instructions including the nail and the TV and I didn't talk you into anything, you even told me to stop being such a perfectionist when I was displeased with how the way you were having me do it looked. I didn't complain when you kept me there until 11pm fixing your back patio light and helping carry things, and I'll be glad to come back and help you make your new place just like you want it, as was discussed when you called my assistant to schedule me to come out to do more work for you.
