My MacBook Pro from 2017 needed a new battery and I had issues with overheating. I gave Neil my budget number and he always made it clear that he will do what he could to keep the cost low. Neil came over faster than an ambulance at a Travis Scott concert. He fixed my HP printer which is brand new and decided to completely go offline. It required an hour on the phone with HP Customer Service and he stuck it out and got the job done for me. He also made some good suggestions on how to improve my WiFi speeds as well as where to get ink for half off. All around very happy with this genius.

I worked with Neil for about 4 hours to resolve a variety of issues with my Mac. He was beyond patient and refused to give up until he found the right solution.
