- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Invest in yourself. It is the best money you will ever spend. Think of me as PART of that investment. My price reflects my knowledge, expertise, experience, and, of course, time. We will work CLOSELY together. Do not keep wasting money and repeating programs that do not work for you. Here we will get YOU where YOU want to be, and that is worth everything. We can discuss pricing, options, and more, if you are committed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will have a phone chat for about 30 minutes or so in order to get to know each other. This is totally free. I want BOTH of us to feel like everything is a good fit and that we are starting off together. When I coach and train people it is very important we set expectations, goals, and timelines together. By chatting first we will get on that same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA degree, a BA in international relations, and 10+ certifications from NASM, PN, and ICF in various coaching, personal training, and nutrition capacities. I am a voracious reader and learner, skills I hope to impart to you, and believe that we should always, always be learning more. I constantly attend seminars, programs, and more. Even top trainer and coaches--ESPECIALLY top trainers and coaches-- need to stay up to date. I will always be on the cutting edge.
