This pains me to rate them this low. However the services I requested was not met in a timely manner. They were very nice and courteous people but it took me two days to receive my furniture. Again some of it was out of their control but you must have a backup plan if things go unforeseen. I rate the customer service 4 stars but the delivery system 1 star. Let me be clear, the movers and dispatch was very good but the delivery was not.
