- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward. What I quote you is it... I can draw you up a meal plan, and workout gear plan... But the price I charge is straight forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what their end goals are. Evaluate their current routine and fitness level. We definitely want to ask about diet, and what their expected timeframe is to meet their goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through the U.S. military's PT course.
