Had someone very inconsistent for lawn mowing before I found Prather. He did an excellent job on our lawn, was timely and even got rid of the numerous acorns from our decks and. Concrete patio. Highly recommend

We had an overgrown yard and a fallen tree. He took care of the yard and removed the tree and other fallen limbs for a fair price. Extremely down to earth.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair in my pricing as I have little overhead and I am tired of people getting ripped off. I offer a 15% discount for LEO, First responders, and Military personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate mainly through text or email. Once we agree on a time I like to put my eyes on the property so I can give an estimate. Once thats approved I will start doing the work as agreed. I prefer payment in Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, Cash, or Check. This way we can maintain distance as we are supposed to be doing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started doing landscaping roughly 20 years ago. I love operating machines there isn't many I don't know how to use.
