- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair in my pricing as I have little overhead and I am tired of people getting ripped off. I offer a 15% discount for LEO, First responders, and Military personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate mainly through text or email. Once we agree on a time I like to put my eyes on the property so I can give an estimate. Once thats approved I will start doing the work as agreed. I prefer payment in Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, Cash, or Check. This way we can maintain distance as we are supposed to be doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started doing landscaping roughly 20 years ago. I love operating machines there isn't many I don't know how to use.
