FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer pre-existing packages that consist of services most clients needed at one time. I do understand that every client is different and pricing is solely determined on three components; the project, hours necessary to complete the project, my hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with clients I love to meet in formal and informal locations, depending on your brand personality. This is done to allow inspiration to guide our conversation so I am able to gauge what the client's true desire is in relation to their business. Following the first consultation, I will then determine what I feel they need to get them to where they're wanting to be. Based upon my suggestions, if a client requests to move forward a contract will be sent, requiring a deposit. A deposit is required to ensure both parties are committed to the project. Through numerous meetings, a plan will be drafted, revised, and prepared for implementation. Concluding the final task, if there is a balance remaining it is mandatory that the balance is paid before receiving your final marketing materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Stephens College in Columbia, MO, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelors in Fashion Communication and a minor in Small Business Management. Throughout my college years, I've completed internships with Gazelle STL Magazine and Serious Business PR in New York City. In addition, I've done specific public relations work through my senior capstone, Save the Threads, which focused on fashion sustainability and ethical business practices. Following graduation, I've completed entrepreneurial endeavors making denim accessories from up-cycled denim (Taylor/Made), as well as a public relations company with a college friend (UNIQ STUDIOS). I served as the Marketing Coordinator for Gazelle STL magazine, as well as being the Client Relations and Marketing Coordinator for Midwest Valet Parking.
