We are so pleased with our newly renovated deck! David came out in such a timely manner, gave us a quote, and then was able to start the job in less than a week. David and his crew did a phenomenal job, and he was very informative of every detail. He also made sure that everything was up to code since our last desk was grandfathered in with the house. David did a great job on my home projects. He is thorough and takes his time in completing the work. David was proactive and made sure his team delivered quality work and made adjustments to accommodate my concerns. David could’ve easily overcharged me and take advantage of me because I’m a single female but he didn’t. His pricing was fair and matched the quality of work. He is personable and made me feel comfortable even when I was apprehensive. I love David and his work! This was my first home project and next will be with David. Came over for an initial consultation, was very thorough in explaining his recommendations for my deck repair and was open on items that aren’t necessary. He was very prompt with a very fair quote, and flexible enough to add another repair based on pictures I sent him. He communicated every step of the way, and The work was done exactly when he committed to and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Very much looking forward to working with him on future projects.

David was great to work with. We had some siding below where a deck used to be that was in pretty bad shape. They did a great job getting the siding off, replacing, patching holes, and putting the new siding on. Very responsive, professional, and friendly. The quality for the cost was awesome in comparison to other quotes I received. Looking to use DC Reno for other projects now.

I charge the average market cost. For military, policemen, first responders we do offer discounts, we appreciate your services so please mention it to us.

I always give my ETA and always explain the process of the project to the homeowner, and explain everything that they are being charged for.
