Greg is the most professional Contactor I've ever worked with. He handled absolutely everything when it came to repairing my hail damaged roof & siding. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster and used true craftsman to perform the work.

Greg McManus is fully qualified and experienced to manage home improvements. When hail damaged my home's roof, he acted as the go-between with my insurance and home mortage holder to get a new roof and window trim for my home and my only expense was the insurance deductible. His construction team was efficient and thorough. I can refer him and his work without reservation. Sandra M.

We (my wife and I) are firm believers in getting three estimates for anything we need services for, especially when it comes to our house. Greg from metro was by far the most thorough and well priced. He was honest in his quote and true to his price. Our roof turned out beautiful. They did a great job making sure all of it was layed beautifully and the flashing was done right. We had several parts of our roof that were rotting. He found all of the rotten decking and made sure we saw each piece before it was replaced. He actually ended up doing some siding repairs that he didnt even charge is for. We highly recommend Metro Home Improvement for roofing services!

We are very pleased with the install of our replacement roof. Upon initial exam Greg found 3 layers of old roof. The Metro Home Improvement staff did a very nice job of removal, replaced decking as needed, installed new attic vents, all the time working efficiently.
Their clean up was adequate n fast, but they did leave quite a few nails on the ground around the house.
We have received several positive comments on our new roof.

We removed close to 30,000 nails on this project because the roof had three layers. We are sorry we didn't get every nail picked up but we did our best.
