- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are custom-designed to meet the needs of each individual client. Our pricing is competitive. We work within all reasonable budgets. Our team is structured. We offer accelerated and prioritized service for urgent requests. We offer discounts on project prices with multiple returns with similar filing status (e.g. tax returns for the last 2-5 years). Our primary aim is to maximize deductions for our valued clients. All prices will be discussed during the free consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are proud to offer each potential client a no-cost obligation consultation in person (within the approved local limits), over the phone, through email, on our website, or via video conference. For remote clients, tax documents & and information are uploaded through our website to help better understand your tax situation and give a more accurate outlook on your options. During the consultation both parties will gain information about your specific financial needs and expectations about the outcome of our provided services, discuss pricing and policies, the commitments of both parties going forward, and the signing of documents and exchanging client information. Prices and the next steps will be discussed during the consultation, but can be updated based on the complexity of the tax situation during the filing process. YOU WILL BE Updated on the need for pricing adjustments, extra documents, letters, receipts, forms, or identifying information prior to the tax return process. To ensure a smooth and fast filing turnaround time, we humbly ask that you have all or as many documents, receipts, forms, letters, and identifying information for all individuals and businesses to be processed on each and every return, especially if you plan to fill multiple at once. Once we receive the necessary information, we proceed to create a tax draft and share it with the client for review and approval. Once approved, we efficiently e-file the tax returns, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free process. Furthermore, we also share a couple of suggestions and insights that could help reduce our client's tax liability for the following year. You can also ask us tax-related questions at any time throughout the year. We are to help and serve you as best as we can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing taxes for 14 years. We have taken training and education certified by the IRS. All of our employees have a valid and active PTIN and EFIN number, which allows us to legally file nationwide. Our lead accountant has been in the profession for more than a decade.
